CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

POLICY

*If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to your first night's tariff.

Alterations to this policy are at the the Owner's discretion. Management reserves the right to waver this fee if exceptional circumstances apply. Please contact Loriana if you think this situation may apply to you.

The day begins at midnight. No refund for cancellation less than the above periods stated.

In the case of a Credit Card being held as security, this card account will only then be debited for the amount of the accommodation noted on the original confirmation correspondence.
In the case of a customer not showing up, be clear that Platypus Valley Bed & Breakfast will debit your Credit Card!

Please advise Platypus Valley Bed & Breakfast if arrival is to be later than 6.00pm.
